Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Delivery time

All orders will take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Delivery within the United States takes approximately 12-25 business days after processing, while international delivery takes approximately 14-30 business days to carry out as well. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.

Additional customization time

If the order is a customized product, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving the order to confirm your customization requirements. Then within 1-3 Business days, we will contact you again to confirm the effect of the customized product. Within 3-5 Business days after getting your clear confirmation result, the production of the product will be completed.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Shipping place to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY

Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to [email protected]. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.

If buyers request product return for reasons other than manufacturing defects, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

Notice: For customized products, since the customer has confirmed the customized results, returns or refunds are not accepted unless it is a product quality problem.

Changes on Orders

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.
